Shipping time: You can expect your order within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and legal holidays. We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
Shipping partners: We use reliable shipping services such as Bpost, DHL and UPS to ensure that your products arrive safely and on time.
Shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. The rate will depend on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. The shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
Please check in advance how much customs duty and other taxes will be charged in your country before you make an order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).Import duties, taxes, or other additional fees will be charged by your local customs.
Return policy:
We understand that it may sometimes be necessary to return a product. That is why we offer the legal return option of 14 days. This means that you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the products are in their original condition and unused.
This means that the item must be returned in the condition in which you received it, in the original packaging and with the Studio Mavu Label.
Important points:
- Make sure to pack the return shipment well to prevent damage during transport.
- We keep images of each item we send of the condition before shipping, the packing process and the final shipping.
- The costs for return shipping are at your own expense, unless the product has been delivered incorrectly.
